F-Traq Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the complete F-Traq app, including onboarding, Dashboard, Blocks, Statistics, Evidence, reports, route optimization, notifications, Live Activities, Siri/App Intents and Settings. It covers Amazon Flex, DoorDash, Lyft, Roadie and every delivery, rideshare, courier, gig or custom work channel a user adds. F-Traq is an independent tool and does not require or access an account with any work platform.

2. Information stored on the device

F-Traq can store profile, market, work-channel, vehicle and preference information; scheduled and completed work details; earnings, tips, expenses and adjustments; GPS routes, mileage, route plans, stops and addresses; evidence such as photos, screenshots, files, notes and audio; authorized Apple Health measurements; notification history; report settings; and optional API keys. These records normally remain in app storage on the user's device. The developer does not receive the local database and does not operate automatic F-Traq cloud sync.

3. No advertising or platform login

F-Traq has no required account, work-platform login, advertising SDK, behavioral advertising, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics or telemetry SDK. The developer does not sell or rent personal information. The app does not automatically submit records to a platform, client, tax authority or insurer.

4. Network features

A provider receives normal network information, including IP address, plus the information needed for a feature the user chooses:

• Open-Meteo receives coordinates and dates for weather.
• The U.S. National Weather Service receives coordinates for supported alerts.
• OpenStreetMap tile services receive the viewed map area.
• Nominatim receives addresses or coordinates for geocoding.
• OSRM or a configured F-Traq/OR-Tools routing service receives stop coordinates, order and routing options.
• Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze receives a destination opened for navigation.
• OpenAI or Google Gemini receives selected screenshots or needed route/address text only after the user configures the provider and intentionally uses the optional feature.
• A component host may receive a standard file request if an OCR component or language model must be loaded; OCR source images remain on-device unless the user separately invokes an AI image feature.

Providers operate under their own privacy and retention terms and may process data in another country. The developer does not authorize use of these requests for F-Traq advertising.

5. iOS permissions and Siri

Location supports active/background work-session mileage and route evidence, scheduled Auto-start, current-stop progress, weather and routing. Camera and Photos are used when the user captures, selects, pastes or saves evidence, screenshots or reports. Apple Health supplies permitted fitness measurements; F-Traq does not write Health data. Microphone records user-requested voice evidence. Motion improves work-movement context where supported. Notifications provide enabled work reminders and status alerts. Permissions can be revoked in iOS Settings.

Siri / App Intents are optional. When a user invokes an F-Traq voice action, F-Traq exposes only the work-channel names, requested action inputs and selected on-device work results needed to complete that request. Siri may process the spoken request under Apple's privacy terms. F-Traq does not create a separate cloud transcript or send Siri requests to the F-Traq developer.

6. Health, Live Activities and notifications

Health information remains local, is not sent to weather, routing or AI services, and is not used for advertising, marketing or data mining. F-Traq schedules work-related notifications rather than marketing messages. Enabled Live Activities can show work time, route status, stop information or earnings on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, where a person with physical access to the device may see them.

7. Exports, retention and deletion

User-requested PDFs, ZIPs, calendar files and backups are handed to the iOS share/save interface. They may contain sensitive work, location, evidence, financial, fitness or API-key information. F-Traq retains local history until the user deletes it; archive-eligible records are not silently erased. Users can delete data in Settings or by uninstalling the app. Requests already sent to an external provider remain subject to that provider's policy.

8. Security and choices

No device or transfer is completely secure. Users should protect their iPhone, backups and API keys. Users choose each permission, notification/Live Activity setting, network or AI feature, and export destination.

9. Children

F-Traq is intended for adults or people legally eligible to perform the work they record. It is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes and contact

Material revisions receive a new policy version and may require renewed in-app acceptance. For questions or privacy requests, use the Support URL or developer contact information on F-Traq's App Store listing.
