F-Traq Terms of Use

Effective September 2, 2026 · Terms version 2026-09-02-v4

1. Scope and license

These Terms apply to the complete F-Traq app and all built-in or custom delivery, rideshare, courier, gig and independent work channels. By accepting and using F-Traq, the user agrees to them. The App Store version is also licensed under Apple's Standard EULA; these Terms supplement that license and do not reduce non-waivable rights.

2. Independent tool

F-Traq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Flex, DoorDash, Lyft, Roadie or any other work platform. Marks belong to their owners. F-Traq does not access, control or guarantee a platform account, offer, payment, insurance, employment status or decision.

3. User responsibility

Users may use F-Traq for lawful personal or business record keeping and must be legally eligible for the recorded work. Users remain responsible for their work, records, taxes, insurance, applicable law and platform terms.

4. Records and estimates

Hours, mileage, routes, earnings, tips, costs, profitability, deductions, weather, fitness data, limits and reports are best-effort personal records or estimates, not official platform, employer, medical, tax-authority or insurer records. Important values must be checked against original sources.

5. Routes, voice actions and safety

Routes, ETAs, geocoding and stop order are planning aids, not guarantees. Users must follow traffic laws, signs and safe judgment. A navigation provider controls turn-by-turn guidance. Siri/App Intents and other voice actions may be misunderstood, delayed or unavailable; users should verify important tracking, earnings, scheduling and Evidence results when safe. Do not manually interact with F-Traq or take photos while driving; stop safely first. F-Traq is not an emergency, dispatch or roadside-assistance service.

6. User content

Users are responsible for content they add or share and must respect customer and third-party privacy. F-Traq does not automatically submit evidence or appeals and does not guarantee a response or outcome.

7. External services and advice

Weather, maps, navigation, geocoding, routing and optional AI depend on third parties under their own terms. Fitness information is not medical advice. Reports, forecasts, mileage rates, deduction estimates and templates are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical or employment advice.

8. Backups, warranty and liability

Users control and protect exports and backups. F-Traq is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including lost income, work, data or deductions. Nothing excludes warranties, liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

9. Changes and contact

Material revisions may require renewed acceptance. Users who do not accept revised Terms should stop using the app. Questions can be sent through the Support URL or developer contact information on F-Traq's App Store listing.
